Just Peachy

Peaches are not very attractive. Have you had one lately? I stepped outside for an afternoon snack for fresh air and a perfectly ripe peach.

Really, how can you eat a peach ladylike? By the time the peach was finished, I had sticky peach juice dripping all over my face, arms, and legs and looked like a 5 year old.


August is National Peach month! So make sure you pick some up this week at the Farmer's market or grocery store while they are at their peek (which means they are also cheapest and best in nutrition right now!)

Peaches are high in vitamin C, potassium, fiber, water for hydration, and disease fighting antioxidants. Their natural sugars make them perfect for an afternoon energy boost!
