Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter…. that’s actually good for you and made with no added sugar. If you’ve ever wondered if you can make peanut butter at home, get excited because the answer is YES!! And chocolate is involved.
This recipe for Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter is only 4 ingredients:
I used dry roasted unsalted peanuts in this recipe, but you can use whatever peanuts you have on hand. Please make sure that you use a food processor (or blender with attachment made for processing nuts). The Vitamix model that I have doesn’t do well for making homemade nut butters, but my food processor does the job! Even though my food processor isn’t as high powered as I would like, it still works for this recipe… if I’m patient with it that is.
Making nut butter at home is easier if you have the right equipment. #goals It takes about 5 minutes of patient grinding and mixing to get the creamy peanut butter consistency that we all know and love, so just keep working the mixture– well unless you like your peanut butter crunchy. Either way, your sweet fingers will be happy when you get it all mixed up :)
IMO this Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter is the best with sliced apples and cheese! YUMMMM!
