Berry-licious Smoothie

By Kristina LaRue, RDN 4 Comments

Do you freeze your own fruit? I’m quite obsessed with using frozen fruit in smoothies to make it creamy and full of flavor without adding sugar.
Read my latest blog “How to Freeze Fruit” and get my Berry-licious Smoothie Recipe in Food and Nutrition Magazine this month.
Do you use frozen fruit in smoothies? What is your fav fruit to freeze?? Mine–> BANANAS!
