This sweet potato smoothie is creamy, tart, and refreshing. I can’t get enough of that sweet orange color!!
- 1/3 cup cooked sweet potato (no skin)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 5 ounces (about 1/2 cup) vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup 100% orange juice
- Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
