These Banana Oatmeal Muffins are moist, healthy and oil free applesauce muffins with a delicious cinnamon banana flavor. Easy gluten free muffins made with oat flour!



  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups raw old fashioned oats (ground into oat flour)
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line 12 count muffin tin with high quality foil muffin liners.
  2. In large bowl, whisk together bananas, eggs, applesauce, vanilla.
  3. Add oats, ground flaxseed, baking soda, salt and cinnamon to the bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Spoon batter evenly into 12 muffin cups; Bake 15-18 minutes, until toothpick inserted into muffin is clean.
