- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop no sugar added vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- Place dates, almond butter, protein powder, and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice slowly and blend until all ice is incorporated and shake is creamy.
