This Almond Butter Date Shake is just what you need to help you power through your day! It’s creamy and dessert-like and makes a healthy protein rich snack or post workout recovery shake.



  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop no sugar added vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ice


  1. Place dates, almond butter, protein powder, and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice slowly and blend until all ice is incorporated and shake is creamy.
