Curry Chicken Salad recipe with grapes, raisins, celery and Greek yogurt. Curry powder adds a twist to this sweet and savory healthy homemade chicken salad.



  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup red grapes, sliced


  1. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, curry powder and maple syrup.
  2. Gently stir in the shredded chicken to coat the meat in Greek yogurt mixture.
  3. Add celery, bell pepper, onion, parsley and grapes and toss to incorporate into chicken salad.
  4. Enjoy curry chicken salad on a bed of greens or in a wrap or sandwich.
