Fig balls or bars. Easy vegan dried fig recipe great for pre or post workout!
- 1 1/4 cup pecan halves, raw
- 8 oz bag dried figs, destemmed (about 1 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut, unsweetened
- Chop nuts in food processor; then add figs and coconut and process until blended. Form mixture into 12-15 balls and roll in coconut or crushed pecans.
