  • 1 large butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • freshly ground pepper
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange squash on baking sheet, and drizzle with oil, cinnamon, pepper, and salt.
  4. Roast for 45 minutes.
