  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 68 drops vanilla liquid stevia extract
  • optional toppings: whipped cream, fresh banana slices, and graham cracker crumbles

Instructions

  1. Place banana, cottage cheese, milk, vanilla, and stevia in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a mason jar and serve with whipped cream, sliced bananas and graham cracker crumbles if desired.
