PB&J Chickpea Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice
  • 1 tablespoon no sugar added peanut butter powder
  • ⅓ cup frozen canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained (frozen works best for thicker smoothie!)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place grape juice, peanut butter, chickpeas and flaxseed in high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend until thick and creamy.
