Nutrition Philosophy

Kristina LaRue Sports Dietitian Orlando Florida Healthy Recipe Food Blog Food Photographer

  1. Food should be enjoyed not feared
  2. Real food should make up the foundation of the diet
  3. All food should taste delicious, including healthy ones
  4. Eating healthy does not have to break the bank
  5. Cook foods in new and exciting ways, it brings out unique flavors
  6. Challenge yourself by learning new cooking skills; be creative
  7. A kitchen isn’t complete without a good set of knives and a wooden cutting board
  8. Discovering internal hunger and fullness cues for eating is the best and most satisfying way to find and maintain a healthy weight
  9. Eating doesn’t have to complicated, choose real food most often
  10. Eat dessert first, and savor it…yeah, sometimes it happens 🙂
  11. Food is always better when shared with someone you love
  12. But first, coffee!
