Waldorf Chicken Salad is a high protein lunch wrap with rotisserie chicken, Greek yogurt, dried plums, and apples for a sweet and savory chicken salad wrap.



  • 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned, and shredded
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1/2 gala apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup dried plums, diced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions
  • 1/4 cup raw sliced almonds
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas


  1. Toss chicken with yogurt, mayo, orange juicej, and lemon juice with fork until incorporated; season with freshly grated pepper.
  2. Fold in in apples, plums, green onions, and almonds.
  3. Wrap chicken salad mixture topped with arugula into wheat tortilla.
