We had a fun weekend in St. Augustine.

Sunday: Spaghetti with Pesto Meatballs
Monday: Veggie Soup + French Baguette
Tuesday: Tilapia topped with Mango- Strawberry Salsa + Rosemary Rice
Wednesday: Mexican Caesar Salad
Thursday: Lentil and Quinoa Salad
Friday: Grilled Chicken Panini

Saturday: to be determined/leftovers…

    absolutely! we had a blast visiting. I didn’t know they had a half… we are looking for races to sign up for… I’ll have to check it out.

    St Augustine is so beautiful! Im hoping to do the half marathon there this fall if my body cooperates. There are just so many sights along the route! The big fort is so much fun to explore.
