Hold on PBJ fans, we’re about to shake things up. Ever since I saw this on Katie’s blog, I’ve had this snack every day.
I don’t know why I’ve never thought of this combo before. I know it’s incredibly simple but peanut butter covered strawberries are where it’s at.
You’ve really gotta try this snack combo. They are satisfying enough to hold you over until dinner and sweet enough to quench a sweet tooth.
It makes an excellent snack for pre-workout and for the kids after school.
Peanut Butter Strawberries
Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (I use Jiff)
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Wash strawberries and dry them. Spread with peanut butter, and dip in chocolate chips. Not a chocolate and PB fan? Swap in your favorite seeds, nuts, or dried coconut.
