Eric and I are running the 10K on October 25th. We’ll be in Auburn, AL that weekend and I’m already dreaming about how amazing that morning run is going to feel. Takes me back to where it all began.
It’s time for your Tuesday’s #TrainingBites! In honor of the virtual race, I’m serving up apples and cheese. You might think, apples and cheese is a weird combo… but don’t knock it till you try it. Eating this pair together, makes me feel so Vermont. Can you believe up there they put cheese on their apple pie? #mustrythisfall
You can’t use just any cheese or any apple, you’ve gotta pair tart honey crisp or gala apples with Cabot’s Alpine cheddar. This combo will rock your world. Eric and I gobble it up, smiling ear to ear.
As always, many thanks to my gorgeous hand model.
So will you be Cabot Fit with me??
Disclosure: As part of the Cabot Fit Team, Cabot has taken care of my registration fee for the virtual race ($25), provide one of my lucky peeps with a Cabot Legacy Collection Gift Box and donate $100 to my local food bank. I was not compensated to write this post, all opinions expressed here are my own.
