As soon as woke up this morning, I was charged up to run. This wasn’t planned, but I rolled with it. I laced up my shoes and was out the door. It was beautiful out, nice and crisp, and I even got to wear long sleeves!!
Stephen and Rachel invited us over to their house for breakfast this morning. Stephen cooked up some belgium pumpkin waffles.
Rachel made a killer Triple Cinnamon Syrup. I am totally a fan, and do not think I will be purchasing the store bought stuff anymore.
Love these plates, she got them from Crate and Barrel. Rachel always has everything just so. I love spending time with these guys.

Wednesday: Chicken Quesadillas
Thursday: Browned Cauliflower Pasta
Friday: Roasted Brussel Sprouts + BBQ Chicken + Wild Rice (Chef E’s creation)
Saturday: Veggie Chili Reinvented
Just got back from the grocery. We got our tree on Friday, and it’s sitting naked in the living room. Maybe tonight it will get decorated? Gotta work on some blogs, and E has one more final to study for, not to mention our laundry is piling up. Off to work. Happy Sunday!
