If you are looking for a healthier dish for your holiday party, your search is over – these Stuffed Medjool Dates 6 Ways are a holiday miracle!

Mascarpone Stuffed Medjool Dates

These flavor combinations are out of this world and I’m so excited to share them with you this holiday season! And just in time for those holiday parties!

This time of year can easily become overwhelming with a never-ending to do list, festivities to attend, holiday shopping to complete, and food to prepare. Not to mention the daily responsibilities of being a mama on top of it all.

These Stuffed Dates 6 Ways have the potential to make your food preparation for holiday festivities less stressful! They’re incredibly easy to prepare, not to mention DELICIOUS.

1. Honey & Pistachio

2. Goat Cheese with Walnuts & Honey

3. Orange & Ricotta

4. Mascarpone Cheese with Pomegranates & Honey

5. Vanilla Greek Yogurt & Blueberries

6. Peanut Butter & Chocolate

Mascarpone Stuffed Medjool Dates

Don’t doubt me on this one, stuffed dates are simply amazing. Trust me, I’ve been a date doubter, but after these mascarpone stuffed medjool dates, I’m no longer turning up my nose.

Never tried a date before? You will surprise yourself with how caramel-y and creamy dates are especially when they’re stuffed.

Every time I use mascarpone cheese, I have to say it like Giada does. It’s more fun and makes me smile real big. I digress.

Mascarpone Stuffed Medjool Dates

If you claim to not be a date fan, I have to ask if you’ve tried Medjool dates with the pits?

The pits are easy to remove, but they keep them more moist and so fresh. Serve one (or all) of these stuffed date combinations as a healthy appetizer or dessert at your next holiday party. Watch your friends and family be impressed and begging for the recipes! Enjoy!

I've heard of ppl doing peanut butter in dates, but I'm not sure why, it just isn't as appealing to me. I'd probably be more willing to try the almond butter combo.
