3-Ingredient Strawberry Lemonade Fro-Yo

By Kristina LaRue, RDN 9 Comments

It’s been fun getting to know and training with all the bloggers on the #CabotFit Team over the past few months! We flew into Boston on Thursday and Carolyn from All Day I Dream About Food picked us up from the airport and we traveled to Maine together. The scenery here is breathtaking. Hydrangeas are everywhere. The air is breezy and crisp, which is a sure relief from the typical Florida scorcher. It’s great running weather for sure!

In honor of the Beach to Beacon 10K this weekend and our trip with Cabot, I sharing this recipe with you. 3 ingredient Strawberry Lemonade Frozen Yogurt. It’s sweet and light and a healthy frozen dessert. No ice cream maker required! Follow our trip on Instagram and Twitter.
Strawberry Lemonade Fro-Yo
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
12 ounces Cabot 2% Greek-Style Yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries
3 tablespoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Place berries, yogurt, and lemon into blender and process until pureed. Pour into air-tight container; freeze for 1-2 hours. When ready to serve, scoop with an ice cream scooper into two chilled bowls.
Note: This recipe also makes a creamy popsicle, perfect for summer. Just pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze!
