Hey!! How did everyone’s week go? I’m stopping in to wrap up Smoothie Week and share a round up of some of my ALL TIME favorite smoothie recipes with you! I was happy to read everyone’s comments and excitement about smoothie week on L&Z so thanks for commenting and sharing on social media.

All 30 of these smoothies can be found on my blog– can we say I’m a bit smoothie obsessed? Muhahahahha. I’ve been coined the smoothie queen in my past. Can’t stop won’t stop.

Smoothies are just so easy and delicious for breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner for that matter. If I’m having a casual night and Eric is out, I’ll just drink a smoothie because it’s simple and I can get complete nutrition in one glass.

    Hey Kristina, thanks a lot for these awesome smoothies! made some of this and the taste was great! My kids loved it! Can you make some homemade Trail food please? Wanna go to the PCT Hike. It’d be great to have some homemade protein bar type something on the trail!

    Everything you’ve listed looks absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to try some of these out at home. I’m a huge avocado fan so it’s awesome to see a smoothie with it included on the list. Hope to see more healthy recipes, keep up the great work!

    How about a birthday cake smoothie? I really enjoy the coffee lovers smoothie. It allows me to change up my AM protein shake to keep it interesting!
