    Hey Kristina, this looks fantastic…

I was searching for a great raspberry smoothies recipe for my kids and I found yours one after several research.

I really love this raspberry love smoothies recipe and I want to thank you for your efforts.

Valentines Day is coming near and I want to surprise my hubby by preparing this wonderful smoothies for him and my kids. Lets see how it goes…

Just one question, As you are a registered dietician, can you tell me how much calories does this recipe provide and how much fat content it does have?

I just wanted to know this one because I want to make the recipe which will provide less calories and fat content. Hoe you don’t mind…

    Regards

    Carolyn

Love your smoothies-so fun! I’ll have to make these with my kids-I’m sure I won’t get any complaints about chocolate on smoothies 🙂
