Peanut butter chocolate lovers… this one is for you! This Indulgent Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola is a gluten free granola recipe, low in sugar and full of healthy fats!
I love that this granola only has 8g of sugar per serving! That’s super rare to find in many granolas out there. This delicious and nutritious granola is sweetened with honey and a little chocolate because, let’s be honest, chocolate is the best.
Healthy fats from the coconut oil and peanut butter will leave you feeling satisfied and the flavor combo will have you coming back for seconds later in the day. For a boost of protein, toss a serving of this granola on top of a bowl of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and you’re set!
With the holiday season in our midst, this Indulgent Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola is a fabulous option to throw together for your family & friends gathering.
Oh and this recipe is so simple and definitely a healthier dessert option if you’re in search of one!
The saltiness from the peanuts, peanut butter, & sea salt combined with the sweetness from the honey & chocolate is drool worthy.
The flavor of this granola reminds me a little bit of peanut brittle — minus the corn syrup and an overwhelming amount of sugar. Any peanut brittle lovers out there?? Definitely a walk down memory lane!
