These Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars are all the rage-- perfect for a quick snack after school or work. Heck, they're delicious for breakfast or to satisfy those late night PB and chocolate cravings.

These bars are like simply irresistible. So so good! I’m a snacker at heart, so I love having healthy snacks on hand that are ready for me so I don’t errrr find random pieces of chocolate (or chips) to nosh on when I’m feeling peckish.

Peckish. I heard this from a client once and it stuck. Do you ever get this way? It’s like you’re not tummy hungry, but a snack sounds good… and it’s better that you have healthy food on hand to eat so that you don’t end up picking at something that is lesser than?
