Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

By Kristina LaRue, RDN 27 Comments

This Matcha Green Tea Smoothie recipe post is sponsored by NFRA. I’m going green over here thanks to mighty matcha. Have you tried matcha green tea powder before? This health food has caught on (and for good reason) and is becoming mainstream… like I found it at a regular grocery store the other day. Matcha is a type of green tea with leaves that are bright green in color and are ground into a fine powdery form. And aside from the health benefits, one of my favorite reasons ... View Post

Lady Track Shack 5K Cabot Fit Team Race Recap 2017

By Kristina LaRue, RDN 4 Comments

Happy Monday friends! This weekend I ran my first race post baby so I thought I'd bring you a little recap post today. On Saturday, I ran the Lady Track Shack 5K in Orlando with the Cabot Fit Team. Cabot Cheese was the official race sponsor and when they reached out to me to put together a team for this local event, I was all in! Cold weather running is my favorite!! ... View Post
