This Tropical Superfood Smoothie is so energizing! A blend of fresh spinach, blueberries, avocado, banana, and pineapple in one glass!
You guys, my son is obsessed with smoothies. Heck, he must have acquired that taste in the womb thanks to my smoothie madness over here. I love it though because smoothies are so easy to make and it’s a great way to get in fruits, veggies and healthy fats for the babe! Yeah, Tropical Superfood Smoothie I’m talking about you.

As a little baby when we first started solids (6 months) he would pretty much only drink from a straw, no spoons coming at this boy. He’s a do it himself type of guy. (Must have received that sweet quality from his mama too). He loves sitting on my hip while I blend up a smoothie. His little hands start to wiggle and he gets so excited about the smoothie, and sometimes downright mad if I don’t make it fast enough.

I love these little moments with him. Even though he’s only one, I try to teach him about cooking and the different foods he’s eating. Some days are better than others.

This Tropical Superfood Smoothie was created at the ALDI Test Kitchen, and we enjoyed it when I was up in Chicago visiting their HQ last month. I can’t get enough of it and love how it uses their SimplyNature Organic line of products. I try to feed Parker organic produce and meats when I can but it didn’t become affordable until I started shopping at ALDI.

Because ALDI cares so much about efficiency and cutting costs at their store, it keeps prices on food lower for the consumer… even when we’re talking ORGANIC! I’m sold – and all about saving a little money and being able to afford better quality produce, meats and dairy that nourish our family.

While at the ALDI Test Kitchen, not only did we get a chance to learn (and eat) all that ALDI has to offer, they also led a workshop on video skills! It was a great experience to learn and chat with professional videographers that are in the business of shooting food. I’m lucky enough to have a videographer on my team to help me produce these high quality videos for you!

Perfect breakfast smoothie. I would like to enjoy this at the beach but we don’t get blueberries in the market in goa. Love all the flavors in your smoothie.
